A Hopkinsville man was reportedly found with synthetic drugs on Bethel Street Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 44-year-old Timothy Wharton had two small plastic bags containing synthetic drugs in his pocket.
He reportedly told police it was the fake stuff but admitted it was spice.
He is charged with trafficking in synthetic drugs.
