A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant Friday morning for first-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly used a baseball bat to damage a car.
Hopkinsville Police say on June 19th 42-year-old Datorian Caswell along with 34-year-old Tiemisha Merritt used a baseball bat to bust out the car windows and dent a car owned by Reva Oldham.
Merritt had already been charged with the criminal mischief but when police arrived at the home to arrest Caswell she claimed he was not home.
Merritt was charged with second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension
