A Paducah man was charged after he was reportedly seen talking to hand tools in a store Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to check on a man talking to items inside Lowes and found 46-year-old Timothy Skinner sleeping in his car in the parking lot.
Skinner reportedly let police search his vehicle and they found meth and two glass pipes. He told police he was waiting on his wife.
Skinner is charged with possession of meth, public intoxication, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
