A Guthrie man was charged with DUI and possession of drugs after a traffic stop in Todd County Friday afternoon.Todd County Sheriff Tracy White said they noticed 40-year-old Jason Bennett on Ewing Street and stopped him to serve him an emergency protective order.
During the stop deputies reportedly found marijuana, meth, pipes and unknown prescription drugs.
He is charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and meth along with DUI.
