Logan County Attorney Joe Ross filed his paperwork Monday to run for Circuit Judge in Logan and Todd counties.
Ross, who has served as the legal advisor for Logan County Fiscal Court for nine years, announced his intent to run in late May following the announcement of Judge Tyler Gill’s retirement effective July 31.
Ross will run against Russellville attorney Joe Hendricks in the November General Election to serve the remainder of Gill’s term.
Ross adds he is excited to have the chance to continue to service both counties and thanks everyone who has supported his journey.
