A Hopkinsville woman was taken to the hospital after her car hit a truck on North Main Street in the area of Glass Avenue Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police Officer David Chmura said 86-year-old Helen Pyle was turning onto North Main Street from a parking lot and pulled into the path of a northbound truck driven by 63-year-old Donnie Cross of Cadiz.
Pyle was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance for head injuries.
