A woman was arrested after she led deputies on a high-speed pursuit Wednesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say 50-year-old Lori Kelly fled at speeds of 100 mph after they attempted to stop her on Julien Road for reckless driving.
Kelly ran off the road as she attempted to get onto Pennyrile Parkway and did multiple circles in the grass as deputies tried to stop her.
She was able to get the car back on the roadway and continue to flee on Eagle Way
She ran off the road again at the intersection of Bradshaw Road and was boxed in by deputies and Hopkinsville Police.
Kelly would not turn off the car or show her hands and deputies had to bust out the window to arrest her.
She is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, first-degree criminal mischief, possession of meth and multiple charges of wanton endangerment.
Kelly also had an outstanding warrant for theft
