Man Charged With Attempted Murder Arraigned In Trigg Circuit

 

A man charged with attempted murder following an alleged fight at a Cadiz home in February appeared for his arraignment in Trigg County Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.

Michael Robertson is also charged with two counts of wanton endangerment, and tampering with physical evidence. Attorney H.B. Quinn and Robertson appeared before Judge C.A. “Woody” Woodall and entered a not guilty plea.

Judge Woodall scheduled a pretrial conference for October 9th at 1:00 p.m.According to Cadiz Police, Robertson was involved in an altercation at a home located near the intersection of Wharton Road and Lafayette Street in February when the argument got heated and he allegedly pulled a gun. Police said the Robertson then fired a round when the other man started to run, but no one was hit.
