Man Jumping In Front Of Vehicles Found With Meth In Hopkinsville

A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of meth and resisting arrest on West 7th Street Monday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they were called after 23-year-old Kenneth Longstreath was reportedly jumping in front of vehicles and yelling profanities.

When police asked him to put his hands behind his back he refused and begin to tense up when officers put handcuffs on him.

Police reportedly found meth in his pants pocket and charged him with first-degree possession of meth, resisting arrest, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
