Looks like we will be seeing some possible thunderstorms rolling in, along with hotter temperatures coming into the holiday weekend.
Weather Edge Forecaster David Powell warns of hot and humid temperatures this week. In addition, he notes there might be some storms on July 4th but they shouldn’t interfere with the fireworks.
Powell adds we might be looking at a few strong storms coming this weekend because of a cold front trying to move in. He says the cold front will be short, however with more reasonable temperatures throughout August.
Despite indications of a heat wave coming in, Powell is looking forward to a cool, crisp fall.
