A Christian County teenager was found after he drowned in the Cerulean Rock Quarry Thursday morning.
Trigg County Coroner John Vinson said emergency officials were called to the quarry for a possible drowning just before noon and after hours of searching the body of 17-year-old Zachary Cheatham was located.
The drowning is believed to have been accidental but is still being investigated by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Trigg County Coroner’s Office.
