A Hopkinsville man was charged with harboring a vicious animal after his four pit bulls attacked a dog and a woman Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say four dogs owned by 56-year-old William Brown got out of their enclosure on West 13th Street and forced their way into a home.
The dogs reportedly dragged a small dog outside of the home and attacked the dog.
The small dog suffered cuts to the head and a woman was cut on her arm during the attack.
Brown surrendered the dogs to the animal shelter.
