A wreck on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road sent three people to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Emergency personnel say the head-on collision caused one vehicle to overturn in the area of Hugh Hunter Road.
Two people were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance and a third was taken to Tennova Healthcare with a head injury.
A helicopter was called to the scene but canceled shortly after the ambulance arrived.
