Free Country Music Show Comes To The Fair

The WKDZ “BARN BASH” is coming to the Western Ky. State Fair on Friday night, June 28th at the Convention Center.  106.5 WKDZ has teamed up with the fair to bring some very talented artists to Hopkinsville to perform.  Doors open around 6:30P.  Admission to this show is free with your paid fair admission.  Donations will be accepted for “BARN BASH” T-shirts.  All donations raised will benefit our friends at Pennyroyal Hospice.  The show will start with a special appearance by Hopkinsville singer/songwriter Kassidy Knight.  Kassidy is working hard at her craft at Belmont University in Nashville and has participated in past WKDZ Country Showdowns.  She has a new single that has just been released.  Teenage sensation Queeva will start her set around 7P.  She has been busy writing music with Country star, Jamie O’Neal and has released a new single to Country radio as a follow up to her first hit, “Live Like A Song.”  Georgia native, Blane Howard is no stranger to the Western Ky. State Fair.  Howard has made a lot of fans in the last few years he’s performed at the fair.  He will perform around 8P “with his full band.  Come hungry and support the Fair Board by purchasing lots of concessions.  You’ll also have a chance to meet these talented artists after the show.
