Fancy Farm Ready To Host 139th Annual Picnic

The 139th annual Fancy Farm Picnic is shaping up to be a wild and wooly event with candidates for Governor and other statewide offices expected to exchange jabs on the stage.
Fancy Farm Political Director Mark Wilson announced Friday that KET Kentucky Tonight Founding host and Rural Policy Institute Executive Director Bill Goodman will serve as the Master of Ceremonies. Wilson says he is expecting a large turnout with some big ticket races on the ballot.

The Fancy Farm Picnic will take place on the grounds of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Graves County Saturday, August 3. The political speeches begin at 2:00 Saturday afternoon.
