A Kuttawa man was arrested following a traffic stop Monday evening.
According to a Caldwell County Sheriff’s report, a deputy observed a vehicle occupied by an individual suspected of having a warrant just after 5:00 p.m. The report states that upon verification the deputy arrested 28-year-old Donnie Ray Adams and found suspected drugs on him during a search.
Adams was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense, opiates, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, first offense, and on a Lyon County bench warrant.
Adams was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
