The public is invited to come out to West Cadiz Park Saturday and enjoy a day of music and arts during the 2nd annual Bluegrass and Arts in the Park.
Cadiz-Trigg County Tourism Director Bill Stevens says the event is an opportunity for the tourist commission and friends of tourism to bring in some different kind of music for residents and visitors to enjoy. He says what they have put together this year for the Bluegrass grouping is kind of different but some of the names may be recognizable, including the featured group Jeff Parker and Company.

In addition, he says they will have food and other vendors at the park.

The bluegrass music will start at 10:00 Saturday morning and continue until about 9:00 Saturday night with the headliner, Jeff Parker and Company slated to begin at 7:00 p.m.
