A Ledbetter woman was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police report 26-year-old Kayla Darling was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on West 17th Street for a traffic violation.
She reportedly showed police a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine after being asked if she had anything illegal on her.
