Trigg County Judge Executive Hollis Alexander says he is disappointed that Cadiz City Council chose to no longer participate in the South West Kentucky Economic Development Commission.
Judge Alexander says he would have preferred council take a little more time before making the decision to withdraw from the regional EDC.

Judge Alexander said the county remains committed to being a part of the Southwest Kentucky EDC.

He adds he is concerned about where the decision leads in the future, but the Cadiz-Trigg County EDC will be meeting soon to determine if the City of Cadiz wants to continue to be a part of that organization.
