A fire severely damaged a home in Sharon Grove Saturday night.
According to a report from the Sharon Grove Fire Department, when firefighters arrived heavy smoke was coming from the home located in the 3400 block of Sharon Grove Road. Flames were reportedly coming from a bedroom window.
Two rooms at the back of the home are a total loss. All the occupants were able to get out safely, with a hamster killed in the fire.
