A Hopkinsville teenager was taken to the hospital after a wreck on Cox Mill Road Thursday night. According to a Hopkinsville Police report, 16-year old Chandler Adams was southbound on Cox Mill Road, when her vehicle ran off the road hit a concrete block and went down an embankment into Little River.
Adams was able to get out of the vehicle and went to a friends house for help. She was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by private vehicle.
