Burglary Call Led To Drug Charges In Hopkinsville

A call of a burglary led to a Hopkinsville woman being charged with possession of drugs Thursday morning.

Hopkinsville Police report Ramona Raymer called the police for people attempting to break into 28-year-old Alexius Lee’s home on Ceder Street just before 7 a.m.

As police checked the home they could allegedly see drugs in plain view and got a search warrant for the home.

Police reportedly found cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the home.

Lee is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
