Hopkinsville Man Arrested On Theft Warrants

A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly failed to pay for items he was purchasing.

According to a Hopkinsville Police report, 31-year-old Floyd Henry was arrested on a Todd County warrant after he failed to make payments on property owned by Latitia Quarles and pawned the items at Cash America in Hopkinsville.

The property is valued at $1,810. The report does not list what the property is.

Henry was also arrested on a Christian County warrant for theft by deception after he reportedly paid for items at West End Pawn Brokers with a check knowing it would not be honored.
