A Fredonia man was arrested following a drug bust over the weekend.
The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to a complaint of suspicious activity around 9:20 Saturday night. Upon investigation, deputies found 24-year-old David Faughn in possession of approximately 1.75 pounds of marijuana, as well as firearms, cash, Lortabs, and Xanax.
Faughn was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, first offense, possession of a controlled substance third degree, and drug paraphernalia buying or possessing.
Faughn was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
