A man and woman are charged with third-degree burglary after breaking into a Cox Mill Road home and drinking alcohol and eating their food Thursday night.
According to a Hopkinsville police report, 37-year-old Ben Bolinger told police he came home to find 35-year-old Shawna Hutson of Hopkinsville and 47-year-old Clifford Northington of Clarksville in his pool house.
Hutson and Northington reportedly broke a lamp and window blinds along with eating food and drinking multiple bottles of alcohol.
Hutson was very intoxicated and stated that she was at her mother’s house. Northington told police he was a guest of Hutson’s.
The homeowner Bolinger told police he had never seen them before.
