Hopkinsville Woman Charged With Custodial Interference

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with three counts of custodial interference and one count second-degree wanton endangerment after taking children from a foster home. According to a Hopkinsville police report, 22-year-old Ladonna Parker took three juveniles from a state placed foster home in Sharon Grove on February 7th and the juveniles were found in Parker’s boyfriend’s home in Hopkinsville the next day.

One of the juveniles reportedly required daily medication and was in serious danger.
