A portion of a Trigg County road will remain closed until further notice after a sinkhole formed and caused the roadway to fall in.
Cadiz Public Works Director Kerry Fowler tells the News Edge the sinkhole is on International Drive near Transcraft. The sinkhole formed Thursday morning due to saturated ground under the roadway. Fowler adds the road will remain closed until further notice between US 68/KY 80 and Transcraft.
Employees can still get to the factory by taking KY 276/Rocky Ridge Road and turning onto International Drive.
