A wreck on Nelson Drive injured a 12-year-old Tuesday afternoon.
According to Hopkinsville Police Sergeant Edward Eastman, the child was running from a dog when she ran into the side of a moving vehicle on Nelson Drive.
The child was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance for leg injuries.
