Some icy bridges reported in northern portions of counties in the area are resulting in a delayed start for at least two area school Districts.
Trigg County Schools Superintendent Travis Hamby says due to some icy bridges in the northern part of the county, school classes will begin one hour late on Friday, February 1. Caldwell County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay. Hopkins County Schools have decided to close.
