2 Charged After Fleeing From Police In A Stolen Vehicle

A man and woman are charged with fleeing from police and theft of a vehicle after a pursuit in Clarksville Wednesday.

According to a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office report, 25-year-old Jacob Fehser and 24-year-old Stephanie Boyer were seen weaving in and out of traffic, and forcing a car to drive off the road to avoid them.

When deputies attempted to stop them, they fled throughout the Woodlawn community. Spike strips were used which caused the vehicle to stop near the Liberty Park Subdivision.

The vehicle they were in was reportedly stolen out of Oak Grove earlier in the day.

Fehser was charged with criminal trespass, theft of property, shoplifting, evading arrest and vandalism. He was also arrested on a warrant for theft of property.

Boyer was charged with theft of property, unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license, theft of property and evading arrest. She also had outstanding warrants for two counts of theft, burglary and vandalism.
