A Hopkinsville City Councilman elected to the Ward 1 seat in the November general election was arrested by Kentucky State Police Wednesday night.
Public Information Officer Trooper Rob Austin tells the News Edge Darvin Adams was taken into custody on a Jefferson County warrant around 8:00 p.m.
43-year old Adams was lodged in the Christian County Jail and was released after posting bond.
