The Hopkinsville-Christian County League of Women Voters is inviting the public to attend an Education Forum next month where information will be provided regarding facility needs for the two high schools.
A release says there will be six presenters at the event, including Christian County Public Schools Superintendent Mary Ann Gemmill, the principals of Hopkinsville High and Christian County High, and consultants for the facility planning.
The community will be allotted time to share written comments and questions regarding the two high school facilities. Comments and questions may be submitted at the forum or prior to the event by sending an email to LWV.Hopkinsville@gmail.com, posting on the League’s Facebook page, or by mailing them to League of Women Voters, P.O. Box 495, Hopkinsville, KY 42241.
The education forum will be held Tuesday evening, February 12, from 6:00 until 7:00 at the Hopkinsville Community College Auditorium Building, Riley Lecture Hall, located at 720 North Drive.
