The Calloway County Sheriff’s Department is asking for information about a recent church burglary and a second attempted burglary.
According to the sheriff’s department, deputies are investigating a burglary at the Hazel Church of Christ. Theives took an undisclosed amount of property and ransacked the church between Wednesday night and Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Calloway County Sheriff’s Department is also investigating an attempted burglary that occurred at the Hazel Methodist Church. It appears that entry was unsuccessful, but there was damage done to the church door.
