Pryor Accepts Position With State Attorney General’s Office

Christian County’s Commonwealth’s Attorney is heading to Frankfort for a new challenge and opportunity with the Attorney General’s Office.

Lynn Pryor tells the News Edge her last official day as Commonwealth’s Attorney is Sunday and she starts her new job as an Assistant Attorney General on Monday.

Pryor says she will be moving to Frankfort and she is looking forward to starting over.

She wants everyone to know how much she appreciates the support she has received in Christian County.

Pryor has served as Commonwealth’s Attorney in Christian County since she was elected in 2006. She was defeated in the November general election by Republican attorney Rick Boling.
