Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help locating a wanted man who is considered armed and dangerous.
Post 1 Lieutenant Dean Patterson says 31-year old Kenneth Brian Fitzgerald of Marion is wanted by state police for theft over $10,000 and by Kentucky Probation and Parole officers for absconding parole. He notes Fitzgerald has a history of being armed and physically violent and should be considered dangerous. He should not be approached by the public.
Fitzgerald is believed to be staying in the border areas of Caldwell, Crittenden, Livingston, and Lyon counties. He’s described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, 5’10” tall, and weighing around 190 pounds.
