A Cadiz woman was injured in an accident on an I-24 exit ramp Friday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Randy Clark tells the News Edge 23-year old Brennen Manns of Oak Grove was traveling on the westbound I-24 exit ramp at the exit 65 intersection with Highway 68/80 when his F-250 pickup truck struck an SUV driven by 65-year old James Tribble of Cadiz.
Clark adds 63-year old Linda Tribble, a passenger in the SUV was transported by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for treatment of back and neck pain.
Clark says Manns was distracted when he hit the vehicle, and the impact of the collision caused the SUV to be pushed out into the middle of the eastbound lanes of Highway 68.
