Two Oak Grove females were injured in a two-vehicle wreck on Pembroke Oak Grove Road last Tuesday morning.
According to a Christian County Sheriff’s Office report, 29-year old Cinthya Rodriguez was traveling northbound on the roadway when she attempted to pass a semi-trailer, where the solid line indicated a no passing zone. Rodriguez reportedly hit the side of the semi but continued to pass it. 43-year old Dianna Cuarisma crested a hill and observed Rodriguez in her lane of travel. Cuarisma attempted to swerve right and honk her horn. Both vehicles almost struck directly head-on.
Rodriguez’s 5-year old passenger was sent to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell, with Cuarisma sent to Tennova in Clarksville for treatment of injuries.
