As the holiday season draws near, numerous military families are not able to provide the Christmas they would like to for their family.
According to Pamela Holz, Fort Campbell USO Center Operations and Programs Manager, they have some big events planned for December.
Holz adds the Great Gift Giveaway was a huge success last year.
She says each session had toys evenly distributed so one session wasn’t getting all of the higher value toys.Holz adds the USO is all about giving back to military families.
Toy or monetary donations can be dropped off at Pennyroyal Hospice at 220 Burley Avenue in Hopkinsville.Holz was the guest speaker for the Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club Thursday afternoon.
