Police are investigating a burglary in which thousands of dollars worth of jewelry was stolen from a Hopkinsville residence.
William Lane filed a report with Hopkinsville Police that sometime between October 20 and Sunday morning unknown suspects unlawfully entered his home on North Iris Drive and took over $16,000 in various jewelry, along with a 9mm semi-automatic pistol with an estimated value of $350.
No other details were released on the report.
