Fourth District State Representative Lynn Bechler will serve his third term in the Kentucky House of Representatives after defeating Democrat Abigail Barnes Tuesday night.
Bechler garnered 10,003 votes and carried all four counties in the election, compared to 5,763 votes for Barnes.
Bechler will represent the people of Christian, Caldwell, Crittenden and McCracken counties for another four years.
Bechler began serving in the Kentucky General Assembly in January 2013.
