Community members gathered as Christian County Public Schools hosted their annual Eye Opener Breakfast Tuesday morning.
Danfoss Global Integration Manager Larry Dean says they are proud to support a school system that actively supports the community.
The featured speaker for the breakfast was Superintendent Mary Ann Gemmill. She shared some of the state assessment results that were released a few weeks ago.
Gemmill says the results show improvements and a few areas they will continue to work hard to improve.
She adds the school district is more than a test score, and thanks the community for supporting the school system.
The Eye Opener Breakfast was sponsored by Danfoss in Hopkinsville and was held at the James E. Bruce Convention Center.
