A man was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Canton Road in Cadiz Thursday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff Deputy Danielle Adams tells the News Edge an SUV was making a right turn into the FNB Bank parking lot when a car approached from behind and struck it.
According to Adams, witnesses state the car flipped once before coming to rest in the entry of the parking lot. When Adams had arrived on scene the car was upright, and the man was inside wearing his seatbelt.
The man was transported to Trigg County Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
