A former McCracken County Property Value Administrator was arrested Monday. According to a release from Kentucky State Police (KSP), an investigation began in early spring on Nancy Bock when a citizen complaint was received regarding the misuse of official funds from the PVA’s office.

KSP detectives found over $6,000 in theft by means of forged travel vouchers and unauthorized credit card transactions over a five year period. On Friday, a detective presented his findings to a McCracken County Grand Jury, and the jury returned an eight-count indictment including one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking Over $500 and seven counts of Forgery 2nd Degree, all are class D Felonies.

KSP says Bock resigned her office last week and turned herself in at the sheriff’s office Monday morning. Bock was processed at the McCracken County Jail where she posted a $5,000 bond. An arraignment is scheduled for September 27 at 8:30 AM in McCracken County.
