Cadiz Man Indicted For Wanton Endangerment Of Officer

A Cadiz man was served a Caldwell County indictment warrant last week for wanton endangerment of police officers and other offenses.

Princeton Police Chief Chris King reports the Caldwell County Grand Jury indicted 52-year old Phillip Croom for first degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, operating on a suspected license and speeding 26 mph or greater. Chief King indicates Croom was already lodged in the Caldwell County Jail and was served the indictment warrant last Thursday.
