Motorists traveling eastbound on Interstate 24 in Trigg County need to be aware of a work zone lane restriction Wednesday.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says all traffic will be moved to the left-hand or driving lane between the 62 and 65-mile markers in order to allow repair work on a number of potholes. The work zone is expected to be in place from about 9:00 until 1:00 Wednesday afternoon.
Motorists should use caution where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway near traffic flow.
