Motorists traveling KY 1348/Pool Mill Road in northwestern Christian County may need to find an alternate route Friday.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says they plan to close a section of Pool Mill Road west of Crofton to allow a cross drain to be replaced. The road will be closed between Terry Coal Road and Odean Road about a half-mile west of the Empire Road intersection.
The road will be closed at this site from 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday.
Todd says there will be no marked detour.
