The driver of a vehicle that hit a house in Madisonville Wednesday afternoon was taken to the hospital for treatment of possible injuries.
Police say officers responded to 320 Stagecoach Road where 39-year old Matthew Nelson, of Madisonville, had run off the left side the road, hit a mailbox, power police and a house.
Nelson was taken by ambulance to the emergency room at Baptist Health.
