Kentucky State Police say the former Kuttawa City Clerk, who has been reported missing, is now considered a fugitive from justice.

The investigation began in mid-July after the City of Kuttawa contacted state police after officials noticed some possible mishandling of funds.According to a media statement released Wednesday by Kuttawa City Attorney Jackie Matheny, Jr., he that Katie Harrison is no longer an employee of the City of Kuttawa and is no longer the Kuttawa City Clerk. He says the City of Kuttawa has no knowledge regarding the whereabouts of Harrison.
