Weather Update – Is Relief In Sight?

wx-update1

Not much change to the forecast. Friday will see an increase in humidity and Saturday will be pretty uncomfortable as this long hot summer continues. Expect temperatures to be in the lower 90s Friday and middle 90s by Saturday. Better rain chances then return Sunday and into next work week as a cold front approaches the area. Heat index values should peak from 100 to 105 Saturday through Monday afternoons. The front should move through the region early on Tuesday. High pressure should begin to build into the region by Tuesday evening with the hint of some relief from the oppressive heat and humidity. I continue to see signs that a pattern change may be in the offing within the next 10 days. Hopefully, we are on the backside of the oppressive heat and humidity. A Thought; The next time you feel stressed, just take a step back, take a deep breath and smile. Remember who you are and what you are about. You are never given anything you cant handle. Be strong, be flexible, trust in yourself and God. Hold your head up high. Always remember to keep moving forward. May you live every day of your life.
