McConnell Welcomes KY Veterans To Washington D.C.

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell welcomed the Honor Flight Bluegrass to Washington D.C. Wednesday. Prior to meeting with the veterans from Kentucky at the World War II Memorial, Senator McConnell said the veterans were at the nation’s capitol to remember their fallen comrades and visit the memorials dedicated to their own service.

In his remarks on the floor, Senator McConnell talked about the veterans on the flight and thanked them for their service.
